After all, I didn’t have much of a choice.
I was a single father with a newborn son, who needed me to be a better father to him than my father was to me. I needed to be the role model that I never had and in order to do that I needed a way to free up my time and generate income passively.
That was when I decided to go all in on short term rentals.
I knew I had to do something to take advantage of the rapidly growing trend for real estate investors. That was when I decided to try out Airbnb with just single rooms. I started getting bookings and making money so I decided to get an entire property and turn it into an Airbnb to make even more money!
From there I continued expanding and I have now created a fool-proof formula to generate a six-figure income from a short-term rental business.
The automation of my processes allows me to spend time with my son as well as teach other motivated individuals how to capitalize off of this strategy. It’s a win-win!
